Optometrics products range from simple optical components to modules and complete
computer driven systems and software for designing gratings (PC Grate):

• Original and replicated, ruled and holographic gratings for UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy; also includes echelles, grazing incidence gratings, concave holographic gratings, transmission grating beamsplitters, 50/50 beamsplitters and reflecting beam dividers.

• Plane and spherical mirrors, lenses, prisms and windows, optical flats, toroidal mirrors and micro-lens arrays and in-house coating capabilities.
  
• Compact Mini-Chrom monochromators for UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy.
  
• Molecular Laser gratings, both original and replicated, ruled and holographic, wire grid polarizers in ZnSe, CaF2, BaF2 and KRS-5, grating end reflectors for dye lasers and a tunable grating filter.
  
• Detectors, light sources, controllers and sample holders to compliment our Mini- Chrom monochromators. Low cost, high performance UV-VIS and NIR spectrophotometers.
  
• The first spectrophotometer designed specifically for measuring the sunscreen protection factors in lotions, creams and fabrics. Produces results in SPF as well as Boots’ Star Ratings.
  
• Optometrics designs and manufactures gratings, monochromators and optical fiber alignment components for TELECOM applications. Products include TELECOM gratings with a relatively flat response in the telecommunications band that minimize polarization dependence.
